To assure the continuous development of Eucerin and Hansaplast brands, the company is looking for a new member of Baltic team –
Brand and Digital Manager Baltics (location – Vilnius or Riga)
Main responsibilities:
- DERMOCOSMETIC MARKET AND CATEGORY - be the ultimate expert for the dermo cosmetic market & categories, consumers & shoppers, both in the offline and online environment.
- BRAND STRATEGY & POSITIONING - in close collaboration with the Business Unit Manager and Regional team develop and implement the local brand strategy and realizes the complete marketing mix for the respective category / franchise / products.
- BUSINESS PLAN - based on the local brand strategy develop an annual business plan.
- GO-TO-MARKET - local artwork implementation, communication, implementation of the campaign detail page, product detail page and other locally relevant digital assets, POS material development, trade channel identification.
- DIGITAL DRIVE & EXPERTISE - grow the e-com business, plan and execute excellence-in-execution digital marketing campaigns, develop digital & e-com content, collaborate with internal experts to ensure your category website and ecommerce channels are continuously updated.
- KPI & PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- TEAM MANGEMENT - manage the 2 direct reports – Brand Managers and indirectly also Shopper and Ecommerce Manager. Regular exchange with other stakeholders and report directly to Business Unit Manager Baltics.
Required experence, skills and personal qualities:
- University degree, preferred Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
- At least 6 years of marketing experience, ideally in pharma, FMCG, skin or personal care. International and cross-functional experience is beneficial
- Proven track record of successful brand management
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends and shifts, digital environment
- Strong entrepreneurship, strong team player, high sense of responsibility, assertiveness, self-reflection, proactiveness
- Demonstrates a compelling mix of strategic and operational skills. Gets things done while keeping the big picture in mind. Can-do mentality and strong prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
